La Folie Sourdough Breads

Our breads, pastries and Viennoiserie are inspired by European traditions and old-world methods. We use only high quality French butter, unpolished stone ground whole wheat flour, rye flour and other unrefined ingredients imported from France and European countries to bring out the best in our breads.
